From one survey to a public verdict.
Here's everything that happens between an employee filling in the survey and their workplace getting a certificate anyone can check.
Same process, every single time.
No shortcuts, and no picking favourites at the end.
Search the public list. If your employer isn't on it, add it in a few seconds — no signup, no email needed. New organizations are reviewed by our admin team before they go live.
A mix of ratings, yes/no answers and multiple choice covering leadership, culture, pay, workload, safety to speak up, growth, fairness and more. About three minutes.
One check that your address matches the employer's domain (name@acme.com for Acme). We scramble it afterwards so it can't be read, published or sold.
The overall figure is the average of all 15 ratings, shown as a percentage. The workings are on the methodology page.
70–75% is a Good Place to Work, 75–85% Amazing, 85% and above Dream. Below 70% is a Worst Place to Work. All four are certified the same way.
Each verdict gets its own number, scannable code, verification page and a profile showing the breakdown by category and how it's moved over time.

Why the badge can be trusted.
Four separate checks make a certificate hard to fake and easy to confirm.
An address has to match the employer's domain. Personal ones are turned away before anything is saved.
No certificate until at least 70% of the registered headcount has responded, so one voice can't decide a verdict.
A scrambled, one-way fingerprint stops the same person submitting again and again.
Every certificate has a code and a public page showing the score, how many responded, the date and whether it's still valid.
Quick answers
Yes. No account, no name, and your work email is scrambled the moment it's confirmed.
