From first response to a claimed badge
Here's what happens between an employee submitting a survey and an employer displaying a verified badge.
Employees submit anonymous, work-email verified surveys across 15 categories.
A weighted average produces an overall percentage and a category-by-category breakdown. A certificate is only issued once at least 70% of the registered employee headcount has submitted verified responses.
70–75% earns Good Place to Work, 75–85% Amazing Place to Work, 85%+ Dream Place to Work; below 70%, the workplace is listed as Worst Place to Work.
A unique certificate number, QR code, verified employee count, and issue and expiry dates are generated.
The employer submits a claim form; once reviewed, public display rights are unlocked.

No. Scores are computed from raw survey data. Money never touches the algorithm — only display rights after certification.
How many responses are needed?+
A certificate is only issued once at least 70% of the registered employee headcount has submitted verified responses. Until then, the profile shows that consensus is still building.
How is fraud prevented?+
Domain-verified organization emails, AI toxicity screening, duplicate-response fingerprinting, and admin moderation of every submission.
Can I use the badge on job listings?+

What happens at expiry?+
