One survey. Fifteen honest answers.
Every Verified Culture survey follows the same structured 15-category format, so what you learn about a workplace is comparable, credible, and grounded in real employee experience.
Individual answers are never shown to anyone — including the employer. Only category averages become public.
15 category ratings plus a few yes/no and multiple-choice questions — built to respect your time.
Each verified response shifts the organization's score. Enough of them, and a certification is earned or lost.
The moment you submit, you see how the organization scores and where it stands today.
How the survey flows
Search the registry, or add your organization in one click if it isn't listed yet.
Leadership, growth, pay fairness, safety, and more — one focused screen at a time.
Short yes/no and multiple-choice questions sharpen the overall signal.
Overall score, verdict, and — once thresholds are met — a certificate number.
What we ask, and how
Score each of the 15 workplace categories, from leadership to psychological safety.
Direct checks like 'Would you recommend this employer?' and 'Is pay fair for the role?'
Flag your biggest concern and leave-intent from a short list of curated options.
Add context in your own words. Screened for toxicity, never edited or removed by the employer.
The 15 categories behind every score
Anonymity is a design requirement
You never create a login, and no name or phone number is ever collected.
Every review folds into an organization-wide average before it's shown to anyone.
Employers may post a public response, but they cannot edit, hide, or delete a valid review.
From individual ratings to a public verdict
Every category rating is normalized to a comparable scale. Category weights are published in advance and applied the same way to every organization — no employer can adjust them.
The weighted average becomes the overall score. Cross 70% and the organization earns Good Place to Work; 75% upgrades it to Amazing Place to Work and 85% to Dream Place to Work. Fall below 70%, and it's listed as a Worst Place to Work until a fresh survey window changes the outcome.
No single response can trigger a certificate. A minimum number of verified employees is required first, so one person can never swing the result.
What we structurally never collect
Anonymity isn't a policy promise — it's built into the form itself. None of the following fields exist.
Common questions about the survey
Can my employer see my individual response?+
No. Employers see aggregated category averages only. Individual submissions are never exposed — even to admins during moderation, personal identifiers are hidden.
Why do you need my company email?+
We verify you actually work there by matching the email domain to the organization's website. The email itself is never stored in plaintext.
What if my company isn't listed?+
Add it in one click from the survey. Our admin team reviews new organizations before they appear in the public registry.
Can I edit my response after submitting?+
No — this preserves data integrity. You can submit a new survey after 90 days if your experience has meaningfully changed.
How long does the survey take?+
Median completion time is 2 minutes 47 seconds. Ratings are the fastest — comments are optional and take the longest.
Is there a mobile version?+
Yes. The entire flow is optimized for mobile — over 60% of our surveys are completed on phone.
